We recommend that you register at least two weeks prior to the course offering. Please phone ahead if you are registering for a class that occurs the next week in order for us to best assure adequate seating and materials.

For most courses:
* 20% off each additional registrant when two or more people from the same agency/organization register for the same course.
* 20% off all Tribal participants or WI state agency
* 50% off all faculty, staff or student from any educational facility.
We offer specialized training for UW-Madison Students, Faculty and Staff.
Fees include course training materials, selected technical articles and class handouts. Lodging and meals are not included. Morning coffee and bagels are provided. Registrants receive a certificate of completion.
Classes are from 8:30 to 5:00 each day with an hour break for lunch. Classes are held in either the 1st floor Info lab or Rm B102, Steenbock Library, 550 Babcock dr, UW Madison. Students will be given details after registering.
There is always construction on campus and parking may be difficult to find. Please make sure you have made arrangements before coming to the workshops or give yourself plenty of time to find parking. The best suggestion we have is to go to the Madison Metro website (listed below) and find an alternative to driving and parking..
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide parking permits directly to workshop participants. Parking permits are available for the ramps in the area from UW-Madison Transportation Services [ (608) 263-6667 ].These will take 2 weeks to process. Lot #36 ramp also accepts credit cards, and may be the best option.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately. Your prompt notification may make it possible for another person to register. We will refund the full prepaid fee minus $50 if we receive notice of cancellation five working days prior to the course.
